I arrived on time, was offered tea/coffee immediately. Shortly after, the interviewer took me into his office and began asking me questions. Most of the questions were straight forward, what kind of skills I possessed, my interests, knowledge of frameworks, etc. The most challenging aspect of the interview was when I was asked to solve a problem on the spot using a marker and a white board. After almost solving the problem (wasn't enough time to think on the spot when you're being watched) I was taken to a small office, given a laptop and a piece of paper with roughly 20 questions on it. Most questions were fairly, I could google stuff I wasn't sure about.
In about a week or so, I got an email to go in for a second "cultural" interview with the president; I wasn't sure what to expect after presenting my technical knowledge. The president just asked me questions about myself, my interests, hobbies, goals, etc. He just wanted to get a sense of my overall character to see if I'll fit in. Within a week I got an offer in an email and took the job.
