very warm with targeted focus areas. The interview consists of a school leader, superintendent and recruitment officer that allows for multiple perspectives and knowledge about the school and network. One of the best interview processes I have experienced and I thoroughly left feeling like I learned more about my current role and how to improve before I even started working there.
