The process was okay. I applied for the position online and the next day I got an email that required me to do a small scheduling task and a one-way interview. Two days later I got an email inviting me for an in-person interview. The interview was about 45 mins. I was asked some basic questions and did some role play. One role play was speaking on the phone with an angry parent and the other was writing a memo to parents about an upcoming field trip. I still haven't heard back!
