There were 3 stages. Ist stage was fro HR where they was some verification. More questions were centered to my profile and experience. Also my willingness to use Hubstaff for time monitoring as its a fully remote job. 2nd interview was from COO/Head PMO to understand more expertise related to Project management. Also some live scenarios to handle complex cases. 3rd Stage was discussion related to current projects and where I can be of help and what would be my strategy if given chance.
