My experience consisted of a phone screen by one of the nicest HR I have come across so far. Followed by a live, video interview where only your video shows and the hiring manager will give you a pletora of personal life related excuses for not showing her face (like having a busy morning and not being able to get ready). Hiring manager also had this "I'm not impressed" attitude throughout the interview. But I wasn't impressed with the lack of professionalism as well.
