Phone screen was pretty standard and the in person interview was even fairly good, however they had a miserable technical screening that was indicative of the overall understanding and skill of the hiring manager and their ability to discern skill sets.

Started off with a phone screening then in person interview with the Development manager and a team member. Interview was combined of technical and personality questions to see how well I would fit into the team.
