      Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 5 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Access Community Health Network (Chicago, IL) en sept 2013

      Entrevista

      Position was handled thru 3rd party employment agency. Initial interview in person was with the director and supervisor, followed by meeting with two other members of support team. After going thru employment history and the position details, a great feeling was obtained in a friendly setting but meanwhile there was no clarity about the position itself. You would be expected to handle incoming calls but also be flexible to handle 2nd and 3rd level support issues but with what help desk software? There was none mentioned.

      During the process you will engaged to access all of your technical abilities but the subordinates are clearly under pressure and the staff is short-handled and overwhelmed with any inordinate amount of projects, there's no cohesiveness in the daily work flow processes. The director clearly enjoys the role he plays in subjecting his staff to his will and takes time to give a 3hr first round interview followed by a second round 5t person panel grill session in which the interviewee is subject to intense scrutiny not normal encounter in the second round when all scenarios have been discuss and preliminary question are supposed to have been done. Although they tell you how short handed they are they way the director puts prospective employees under a microscope while not following any type of corporate sensitivity show the inexperience of their hiring process and why they have operate behind a curtain of secrecy in using an outside vendor to make excuses as to why qualified individuals are given tentative and weak answers following 5hrs of interviews.
