The interview process consisted of multiple rounds via phone, video chat, and in-person presentation. The conversations mainly focused on skillset, expertise, and culture. Besides for the team learning more about me while interviewing, I learned a lot about Acceleration Partners and the role. This was very informative and helped set expectations. Overall, the process is very thorough to ensure the right candidates are ultimately hired.
