I initially came in as a contract worker. I was requested to recreate an asset as a paid assignment. After I passed this assignment, I spoke with several other people on the Accelerance team including their web developer, the CMO and the Chief Customer Success Manager. Lastly, I spoke with HR to confirm employment. For me, it was an easy experience.
