I applied for the position in June 2014. Had a phone interview and then called for 1:1 interview and that's what happened: 2 out of 4 Interviewers didn't show-up ---I was supposed to meet the following people at following times: 1) Hiring Manager - 9 am to 9.30 am - He came on time and had usual interview. 2) 2nd Interviewer - 9.30 am to 10.00 am - Never showed up. Waited in the room for half an hour with no clue what's going on. I was ready to leave but then they called the 4th interviewer early at 10 am. 3) 3rd Interviewer - 10.00 am to 10.30 am - Never showed up. 4) 4th Interviewer - 10.30 am to 11 am - When the people in the background realized that the interviewers are not there, they called this person early, around 10.00 am. Seemed like an ok guy who wasn't very happy about this mix up. 5) Recruiter - 11 am to 11.15 am - When this person realized that the interview is completely messed up, did not even show courtesy to even talk to me for 15 mins. Asked the receptionist to bring me to the front desk and came out to say good bye. Never given explanation of what went wrong. Imagine you taking the time to spend half a day for interview, taking time off from your current job, preparing for the interview - turns out a total waste of time and more - INSULTED. A week later I got an e-mail that the "team" had a chance to discuss my background and they are going to pursue another candidate. I am confused, how they discussed my background when they did not even care to meet me? I hope my review will help other candidates assessing the type of people work here and save their time and effort
