This is a very nice company with nice people working, Go in prepared and you will not have any problems. Be energetic and professional, as that is what they are looking for in a sales associate for this company

First interview with the manager of the department was more questions about why I wanted to work at Abt and he went over just the overall routine for a salesman at Abt. Second interview was with a higher up manager that took about 20 minutes and was super easy. Just asked me about my previous jobs and why I think I'm a good fit for the position.

They contact you and ask to schedule a day to come in. You usually meet with 1-3 people depending on which department you're being interviewed in. You meet with a store manager, a floor manager, and/or sometimes another respected employee.

Terrible. Essentially one manager will come by (which p.s these people are terrible with being on time or caring who's time they are wasting) and do over stupid scenarios and role playing to see if you fit the part.
