They send you spec and you have to develop and send the program back to them. Only ever communicated with the internal recruit contact. The only feedback she gave me is that there weren't happy with how the code was structured.

Panel technical interview with behavioral questions from HR, the interviewers ask open ended questions and ask follow up questions. It's more of a conversation and most of the questions are around programming as a whole not sticking to a specific programming language
