Entrevista
There are 4 rounds in total:
Recruiter Screen – A relaxed, 30-minute conversation to go over background and interest in the role.
Technical Assessment – Focused on evaluating phishing vs. safe emails. Clear and to the point.
Team Lead Interview – Another conversational interview, very similar in style to the recruiter screen. The interviewer mentioned there would be a 4th and final round.
Final Interview – Did not reach this stage.
Overall Experience
The interviews themselves were smooth and efficient. Each round felt fairly relaxed and not overly stressful. However, between rounds there was little communication or feedback. If you are not selected to move forward, the process ends with an automated email rather than a detailed explanation.

Basic stuff, how do co workers describe you, how do you deal with repetitive work etc.
Went through four rounds including behavioral, technical, and even met with the operations manager just to get rejected at the end with an automated email. Performed extremely well, too. They could have at least replied through their personal recruiting email, but companies love to ghost nowadays.

I had four separate interviews over a 3 month period just to be turned down via email with no explanation. The last interviewer even said I could have my choice of shift and that she thinks I would be a great asset to the team.
