I was interviewed first by an HR Generalist- very generic questions. Then he brought in two managers from different teams to interview me at the same time. They asked a couple more generic questions. I was offered the job two days later.
They seem more like they're looking for personality above anything else. No prior experience is really necessary but I had worked with adults with mental illnesses before and I'm sure that helped.

Entrevista
I applied with my resume on Glassdoor.com and received an email from HR within a week of applying. She scheduled an interview with me a few days later. I took the day off in order to fully prepare for the interview as I was very excited about the position and wanted to give it my best. I was about 5 minutes late due to random traffic, even when I was trying to arrive at least 15 mins early, but the manager and HR representative were very nice and understanding about it. My interviewers were friendly, real, outgoing, and very informative. They didn't seem like they were trying to cover up any "difficult" parts of the position and were extremely transparent with me, which I greatly appreciated. The benefits are incredible and, on top of that, it feel like work that I would do as community service in my spare time but now I'll be getting paid for it. Looking forward to seeing what this career change has in store for me and I can't wait to start my role at Ability Beyond!

Entrevista
Initial interview with HR. If you pass this interview you will be contacted to attend second interview with Career Development manager. HR interview consists of watching a video about the agency and you will be asked to answer questions about it after. Then the recruiter goes through a set list of typical interview questions
