I applied online and then 2 weeks later, I got a random on-site interview email invite for a random time that I was not available at. No phone screen or communication with the recruiter, they didn't even ask for my availability. If I was going to do an onsite interview, I would want to speak with somebody first to ensure that we are aligned on compensation and the role at a high level.
This kind of put me off so I told them I no longer interested in the position when I was contacted to confirm the interview. Do better Abbott.

Entrevista
The interview process is average and within expectation. First, phone call with the HR for 20min, then in person or teams meeting with the hiring manager for about 45min, then skip manager or peers for 45 mins. There is no technical interview or exam, mainly behavioral questions.

Entrevista
Interviewed January 2024 specifically for Abbott Lingo. Got through to manager screen. Interview went well. Typical chat about qualifications, experience, and what I could bring to the team. Manager mentioned they’d love to have me back. Never heard from team again, but I did see that Abbott had massive layoffs about a month afterward. I’m guessing that is why. Overall not too bad and would’ve loved to hear back but understood the circumstances around the job availability.
