The initial contact was by email. Once the email was submitted, there were two phone interviews. After about 1 month, I recieved an email to fill out a packet with all of my information. I then had to go get my fingerprints done and sent off. It took about 5 months before I started because of the background check they do. After you start, you are contacted by an investigator who will go through financials, and contact relatives and neighbors face to face or by phone.
