I scheduled interviews as much as I could around another full time job I already had. First interview was with office manager, relatively quick (20 min) which was frustrating considering the commute. Second interview was with a technician, even quicker than the first interview (10min) which was even more frustrating. Third interview was average length based off the first two. Company reached out quickly, very desperate.
