I met the employee at a school-sponsored career fair and sent him my resume. About a month later I received a phone call for an interview. Interview took place at their office and was very casual asking questions and the interviewer was really easy to talk to. Overall great experience.
This was a group interview. There were two other candidates in my group. Although it is a group setting, we were asked questions individually. We then responded on our own instead of discussing it as a group.
really quick phonecall then hr videocall interview with other internship candidates a few days later, then asked us a bunch of questions and prepare a little speech in french and english
behavioral questions and technical questions about balance sheet and Income statement, cash flow statement, macroeconomic topics such as interest rate and inflation, several rounds of interview with the team/department/HR and took around 2 months of process in total
