There wasn't really much interview process, as the manager was trying to convince me to join, and just wanted me on board to their team, and explained the benefits of being a financial advisor. Therefore, I would not say that there was an interview to begin with.

The interview was easy, they ask you to introduce yourself to them, and also ask about if you have got a sales Experience. Just sell yourself to them and you will be hired
Applied online and was contacted for an interview about a week later. The first interview was one-on-one and consisted of a mix of background and behavioral questions, and very conversational.

Very simple Interview, based off my experience seems like everyone gets the role.
This is more of an insurance sales position rather than an actual “advisor”. Make sure to ask as many questions as possible
