I was contacted by the AXA recruiter to attend the first interview onsite with him and the future manager. It was very efficient and interesting. Started with a presentation of the group and the organization. Then I was asked to go through my experience. They made the process interactive by asking questions.
Entretien RH : parcours pro, études, capacité d'adaptation, salaire
Manager : question plus technique, gestion de projet + capacité d'adaptation au sein de l'entreprise,
Manager n + 1 : savoir être, savoir faire
Très bon échange avec le responsable métier. A prit le temps d'expliquer le cadre et l'environnement de la mission
Nous avons parcouru mon parcours dans un premier temps puis nous avons discuter du détail de la mission

Comment vous vous positionner dans une échelle de 3 5 ans
The interview was in a causal and relaxing way. Spoke with HR in the phone for around 15 mins. Then the HR arranged the interview with the timeslot I preferred. The. just one round of interview. I like it short.
