Il colloquio con AVL Iberica si è svolto via skype in due tornate, una conoscitiva, per valutare le soft skills del candidato, e una seconda più tecnica, volta a misurare le competenze specifiche riguardante la powertrain e i processi coinvolti nella combustione di un motore.
