Pretty basic, asked about experience, work history, salary requirements. Fairly informal. Overview of products produced at the plant. Just a passing mention of benefits. Was not able to answer detailed questions of job duties. Tried to set unrealistic terms in the contract. Wanted a 3 year commitment. Contract reads "up to 45 hours a week" for a salaried position, if you missed any time they reduced the pay. If you worked 45+ hours you only get paid for 45 hours. They do not pay overtime. They however were not organized during the interview.
