Next round was you will be given a task to complete and have a few days to prepare. The task was a presentation on a company/acquisition target. Go through high-level overview, highlight few numbers which stand out etc.

the first round consists of written paper test that has aptitude , verbal and logical ability with few basic technical questions .. it is said to have gk questions as well .. all of moderate level
the shortlisted ones who have to go through GD .. followed by 2 technical rounds and a HR round ... people with good technical basics are to clear the process as it is not a mass recruiter
