1 interview at the location with Teamlead and HR

1 last minute added round, interview at the location
with a newly hired teamlead
- no offer eventhough the HR Director and team lead 1
gave positive feedback.
- Reason is New Teamlead was not convinced this was
my dreamjob.
- Not being called back by the teamlead that did the
rejection, but letting someone else take over.
All and All it was a lenghty process, not in anyway logical. And the rejection reason was very marginal. I was being recruited from a accountmanager role. The people are very nice though.
This was for the Dutch Office in Amsterdam.

3 gesprekken: eerst rectruiter, dan HR manager en dan de managing director. Ervaring en aanpak, motivatie werden besproken. Na mijn sollicitatie werd ik echter door twee verschillende recruiters opgebeld op dezelfde dag. Ze hadden niet afgestemd wie ging bellen naar mij. Verder wel zeer aangename personen.
