Stage1: Some tests, including English ability (computer test), personality quiz, after that is manager interview.
Stage2: waiting about one week, noticing the secondary interview with high level manager (supervisor).
Stage3: HR interview (phone screen)

Interview took an hour and a half as its a two round process. First round held by HR personnel while the second round is the hiring manager together with another engineer.
