Three days after I turned in a resume I received an interview over the phone which was just to make sure my information was correct and asked questions to get to know my personality and skills. Call ended with a second interview at the Corporate Office with the Hiring board. The second interview was amazing. They are serious when they say they want you to be a leader. Without having planned on them wanting me to lead the interview it really just came naturally to me because I am a leader. Needless to say the interview was a success. I was offered the job within a couple hours which has truly changed my life.
