Entrevista
5 Stages:
1). Telephonic Round with Recruiter
2). Face to Face with Operation manager and the Director
3). Operation Round with Operation Manager
4). Offer Negotiation
5). Offer acceptance and Documentation
The whole process took more than 2 weeks and my visa was processed after a month, after serving notice period in my previous organization . . . .
