Computer aptitude test followed by group interview which led to individual interviews that concentrated on customer service skills and basic history of successes and failures. Went in to detail on the position to be sure you knew what you were getting in to.

Describe failures and how you would have done things differently.
Test first then formal interview. The interview was pretty basic, had no prior technician work but they tech you and make sure your moldable. Process wasn’t too long and started working pretty quickly
It was ok kinda long. Lots of waiting for responses. had to wait awhile for any answers. The process got better when I got a new contact. Once that happened it was much faster
It was a rigorous process that took several days. Prior to interview a knowledge test has to be taken. After passing test, taken to a room to wait until a person conducts one on one interview.
