Entrevista
I went to a hiring fair with multiple copies of my resume, so should you. Managers played musical chairs and interviewed us, sometimes one on one, sometimes three managers all interviewing you at the same time. They ask easy questions, just be hungry to succeed and be the best aka top dollar winning rep in your store/district/area.
After you make it through that they will call you back and you will interview with a store manager, most likely your future store manager. If you pass that you either have the job or you may need to do one more interview with that stores area manager. All in all, it's the same questions, just another personality to entertain and make friends with before you get the job.

They will ask you something hard like what is your biggest challenge, or when did you need to reach out to your manager for help in the past. Be prepared to answer the where do you see yourself in 5 years question. EASY. Say making a ton of money as a sales rep still or working my way up into management.

It is a basic customer service and teamwork questions. Asks you to teach them how to do something you're passionate about. Nothing crazy or unexpected. Laid back but professional, answered all my questions as well.

Interview itself is pretty easy. The two times I've interviewed with them as varied based on the manager, but they're pretty forthright with everything they're telling you and the expectations of the job.
After the initial interview, the store will likely assess your product knowledge. They may ask you about various cell phone models, features, or accessories, and how you would explain them to customers. This is to evaluate your ability to understand and communicate technical information.
