Entrevista
You initially get called in to take two separate tests. You take these tests with a group of other people that are looking for the same job. The more technical and difficult one is given first. If you pass that test the second test is easy and just basic customer service and common sense type questions. After passing the two tests you talk to the HR guy and a manager. They ask all the same basic background and situational questions that are always asked in interviews.

The pre-test before the interview is the most difficult. It makes sure that you have very basic cabling skills and abilities.

Took online assement. Went in for face to face. Ask you 6 questions and give an example of when. So tell us a time a customer was upset and how you handled it? Said they would call with in a week and i got no vall been three weeks now.

Entrevista
The interview process didn't take long at all..I took maybe 4 assessments and you'll know if you passed because they'll send you an invitation for an interview. It started out in a group setting where they spoke about the job, training etc etc. Then it followed by a one on one. Which there was basically no long talks just answered a few questions and that was it. I did the interview a week ago and I'm still awaiting on a phone call or email!
