The interview process was misleading from start to finish. Initially, everything seemed smooth and promising. The company showed a high level of interest, and I went through multiple rounds of interviews, including discussions about project scopes, responsibilities, and company culture. I received positive feedback at every stage and was eventually offered the Project Manager position.
However, what they failed to disclose during the entire process was the ongoing financial instability within the company. Not once did they mention any concerns about delayed payments or potential issues with the project I was being hired for. Instead, they moved forward confidently, even issuing an employment contract and agreeing on a start date.
I had to find out only a week before my start date that the project I was supposed to be working on was uncertain due to financial problems. The lack of transparency made the whole process feel like a waste of time, money, and effort, as they weren’t upfront about the risks.
Final thoughts on the process: It’s not enough to “sell” the role during interviews if you can’t deliver on your promises. Honesty about the company’s challenges would have been much more appreciated than the misleading confidence shown during the hiring process.
Would not recommend the experience to anyone unless they are prepared for unexpected surprises. ASYX is my worst experience ever & the most unprofessional company as well.
