There were many stages to the interview. The first was a logics test, 50 questions of just symbols and pictures. The second was with a recruiter that went pretty well and we just covered my resume about my experiences and what I see myself doing in the future. She took a lot of notes, and an hour later she said if the regional manager was available, he would meet with me immediately. He came, and it was another hour of talk, but mostly he did the talking. He basically talked about the company and what I should expect. I barely talked at all. Then another regional manager came in and things were completely different. It was a very obvious good cop bad cop routine. He was very aggressive and mean. He would cut off my sentences and continuously try to refute everything I say. In the end, he wanted me to produce a presentation about a company he assigned using any business analysis structure I saw fit. I sent it to him a week later and did not hear from them for almost 2 months. I got a call 2 months later to say that they will give me an offer, but I declined.
