I don’t believe my CV even made it to an actual person. As soon as I applied, I received an email saying I was shortlisted and had to submit an assessment, which was timed at 25 minutes. And so I did.
I then got a generic rejection email response.

We use our assessment tool Maki for high volumes to assess capabilities for the role based off of key competencies highlighted in the job advert, this requires a 75% pass rate in order to proceed to the next stage. If you need more time for your assessment you can request this before starting.

I applied several times for this role as it's come up through the years and got form rejections. It's frustrating to not get even a bit of feedback. ASOS really needs to work on this.

I applied via their company site. I was emailed asking about my salary expectations and if I was happy with the commute. I was then invited to a video interview about two weeks after applying. There is a video interview, then an hour-long copywriting test.
