In the second round of interviews, he asked two questions about design and assembly. interviewer needed to answer a solution to his question. Also, during the process, he kept questioning the interviewer on their solution.

Design scenarios asked during interview. Need to come up with innovative solutions.
Final interview involves presentation of a major project. Then individual interview taken by people on the presentation panel.

Entrevista
First, a phone interview with a recruiter, where you're asked mostly behavioral questions and at least 3 technical questions for the role. Afterwards, you get an interview with the engineering managers to ask more indepth questions for the role.
Short over the phone, asked a few specific questions about motor selection for a control arm. Not too much further detail into engineering subjects, more about background and resume experiences.
