I ask my friend to refer my resume to the manager. One week later, I got an phone interview. Two weeks later, I got the onsite interview. The interview questions are most about behavior questions. There are some questions about technical stuff. They are not very difficult. I wait for long time for their response for almost two months. I still don't get their reply. They need me to work overthere as soon as possible. But I am not able to do so.

I applied with a CV and a motivation letter through their official website, there were no other steps involved and I received an invitation for an interview. The application procedure was easy to follow and they responded quickly.

Will also touch the difficulty/challenge experience and how you overcome based on your presented experience. Last will be the payment and holiday police clearification with HR and it will take longer back to direct manager if the final package is not meeted expectation.
