I had to talk to about 7 people on the interview day separately. My voice was gone by the end of the day. I went over my background and experience for about 20 minutes and then they asked me technical questions about reliability. Bathtub curve, MTTF, HALT/HASS, etc. They kept me in limbo for 4 months and then said they are not going to hire me!
