I got a call recruiting manager that my cv was shortlisted and I will be having a thirty minute call. The initial screening went well and after that I had a technical interview with two persons from ASML. The interview went extremely well and I explained about the work I have done. They behaved as if they were very impressed and at one point they have even mentioned where and whom I will be working with. After the interview I was told that they have a very positive feedback and I will be contacted by HR and I need to give an exam and after that I will be joining the team and the entire process takes three weeks. I was very happy and returned back. I haven't received call for two days and then I called recruiter and said about the interview. She came back saying that the interview was very good but we are not considering me for this position. I asked her where it went wrong as the interview went very well and even requested to talk with the interviewers . She declined saying that it's not possible. Still don't know where it went wrong..

HAD INVERVIEW ALMOST ONE YEAR AGO. I HAD internship interviews, I had two rounds. First time with manager and second time with manger and another person. It went okay, they did not ask difficult questions since it was only for internship.
45 mins interview. Resume-based questions and behavioral questions. Emphasized a lot on teamwork and related situations. Situations included things like conflict resolutions within a team, deadlines on projects, and related questions. Also, some questions on skills as mentioned in the resume were asked.

Entrevista
Two interviews with Human Resources and other two interviews with team members (Manager and Director). The interviews with Human Resources were more about my profile and experience, and with team members more about the role.
