Really easy, received a phone call then zoom interview. Standard interview questions about work experience, education, and background. Brief intro about the brand and what the job entails. Google them beforehand and you will have an idea of the type of retail it is.
had a big group and worked in teams to do a few challenges. firstly, match the shoe to the type, then moved to a group challenge to build the strongest toothpick tower and lastly and solo 1-on-1 interview where the employer takes you out of the room to chat.
