I received an email for a phone screen with a recruiter, who was a disinterested millennial. I could tell she was just going through the motions and not really invested in the process. At one point I misheard her and answered her question incorrectly. She responded by saying, "What?!" in a rude manner. I also asked her a question during the phone screen, which she did not know the answer to but said she would definitely get back to me via email. Unsurprisingly she never did. If she's an example of the typical worker at Runkeeper then I'm glad I never heard back.
