I applied online and had to complete the application form. A few days later I got an email inviting me for a "Magic Event" which is the interview process. This is a group interview but you also have an individual one. On the group interview you have to complete a few tasks like go on the shop floor and ask a customer if they need help, ask colleagues how it is like to work at ASDA and also pick a product and sell it. In your individual interview they will just ask questions about yourself, previous employment and availability.
