it was an in-person interview, first with hr and then with the department head. about 15 minutes long. And general questions, nothing technical, more situational and to give examples or what would you do in x situation
In person interview, they ask 4 questions mainly personality based and also some work related ones. They then tour you around the store, and you get to meet some colleagues
Good, thorough process, seemed like a nice culture and the manager was well informed. Process felt fair and I was put at ease throughout by the interviewer. It was a good experience
