Applied online and got interview straight away, was invited to local store. Only lasted 15 mins but questions were simple enough. They said they would be in touch and within 3 days they were offering me a job.
They just asked a bunch of questions about my previous experience and basically just went through my CV. There were a couple of other questions but I forgot what they were.
Mostly team building exercises, building houses out of cards and getting to know you questions. There was about 10 of us, maybe more. It felt a bit silly and not really like a job interview. They didn't really ask us anything, just observed how we interacted with each other.
