I applied online and did a online test which lasted around half an hour. It was fairly straightforward and then after a few days, I was emailed and asked for an interview. It was a group interview and then a 1 to 1 interview over Zoom. It was bit awkward as it was online.

Fairly straightforward, just asked about me and then work experience I had done, a few tell me a time questions then they took me round the shop for an activity
It was an easy interview process for me, they explained everything very very clearly and lots of lots of help was given to arrange the times and dates of the calls and interview.
Applied online and got sent a job simulation test. Completed the test and then got a call to come in for an interview. Went in for the interview and it was general questions about what makes good customer service.
