Applied online, received a phone call about a week later inviting me to a group interview. I turned up to a group interview with 3 other people, and 2 were sent home immediately because they didn't provide ID. You can't really do a group interview with 2 people so we were sent off separately and interviewed alone. I was asked the generic questions for about 10 minutes in an interview and then sent down to the pizza counter to try out working there for half an hour or so. I wasn't asked or invited to wash my hands beforehand, and was made to make pizzas with no gloves on whatsoever, which felt disgusting. I also wasn't warned beforehand I'd be actually making pizzas or doing anything practical, so didn't really come prepared. The guy I was working with was given a feedback form to fill in about me.
