Interviewed via Microsoft Teams by 2 people, the Control Systems Engineering Manager and another person whose title I forget. The Manager mostly asked me about my background, but made it a point to ask several "personality quiz" type questions. The other person asked me nothing. When the interview ended the Manager asked the other guy if he had something he wanted to ask, to which he responded "nope". Manager said I would hear back in 1-2 weeks but I never did. I contacted the HR manager who set up the interview to inquire about my application status and never got a response.
