An absolute time waster for a candidate, They delayed the last tech round for more than 3 weeks which was initially planned for an hour , Apparently the super busy Engineering Manager was not getting time . Then he joined the interview and shut it within 15 minutes and rejected . Please note this was 4th Round which was planned for 1 hour , then the new invite came for 30 mins after 3 weeks and even then he could not get more than 15 minutes . The whole process took more than 60 days just to reject a candidate in 10 mins in a 1 hour interview , I hope no candidate goes through this.
