Straight forward, mostly telling about the position and expectations as well as the environment rather than asking questions, very unstructured. A lot of time was spent talking about the challenges in the current market for them and new products launched.

Are you comfortable with an environment where you will be micromanaged, checking in at 7am every day in a conf. call and at the end of the day.
There were two interviews, one with the manager and one with production staff. It was just basic questions about job history and career aspirations. The interview was pretty simple and more meant to see if the person is friendly and would be a good person to work with.
