I had three separate interviews. The first was a phone interview with a Talent Acquisition individual. They asked many questions about my technical accounting background and situational questions relative to the position. I then had an in-person interview with the hiring manager. Then, a final phone interview with the Corporate Controller and CFO. It was smooth process and not overly time-consuming since two of the three interviews were over the phone.
