Three rounds of interview. The first is a written round testing basic English skills and general aptitude. The second round is a meeting the HR. Finally, there will be a meeting with team leads, where really random questions may be asked. You will be judged based on your appearance and everything else. People have been rejected because the interviewer 'felt' a particular method of dressing indicated a propensity for deviance.

2 pre-interview tests, followed by 2 interview rounds. A general aptitude test, followed by an on-the-job test. An interview with hiring manager next day, lasted around 40 mins. Followed by a 15 min conversation with business head. Got decision within an hour.
