Entrevista
Three rounds of interview. The first is a written round testing basic English skills and general aptitude. The second round is a meeting the HR. Finally, there will be a meeting with team leads, where really random questions may be asked. You will be judged based on your appearance and everything else. People have been rejected because the interviewer 'felt' a particular method of dressing indicated a propensity for deviance.

A general aptitude test, followed by an on-the-job test.
An interview with hiring manager next day, lasted around 40 mins. Followed by a 15 min conversation with business head. Got decision within an hour.

I never applied for the job, they found me. The interview was rather lame. They called me in and asked me to type something. Read a certain para and then make questions about it. That was pretty much what I can remember right now. I don't think there was anyone qualified enough to ask relevant questions to a Clinical Psychologist I guess.
