I went through 2 interviews as well English language check. The first interview was from a sourcer/recruiter to take more information about my experience. Then I had an english test. To finish the process, I had interview with the Sourcer Team Lead and the account manager.

Entrevista
Fast recruitment, there were only 2 steps in 2 weeks and I received feedback after that from recruiter. It was very constructive and useful. First step - screening call, second - F2F interview with team leader in the office.
A recruiter contacted me, and the first red flag was that they emailed me at 8 PM for an immediate next-day interview. When I responded, they didn't confirm or respond until the last minute - they claimed that my email was in her spam folder, then asked me to reschedule.
Not only was this unprofessional, but they made this experience worse by ghosting me after they confirmed my second interview eligibility. They made it seem like I was going to secure the job successfully. I reached out every week and got no response.
Recruiters tend to have the habit of ghosting candidates, and it's incredibly disrespectful, given that they are the face of the company; it gives the company a negative look.
It takes less than 1 minute to send a rejection email, and I don't understand why recruiters lack the respect to do so. I'm a recruiter myself.
